1. Product Information and Pricing

• Market Volatility: Prices for lumber, plywood, and steel products are subject to rapid market fluctuations. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

• Availability: Online inventory levels are estimates and may not reflect real-time in-store stock. Orders are subject to availability.

• Errors: In the event of a typographical error in pricing or description, A2Z Home Center reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.

2. Orders and Payments

• Payment: We accept major credit cards and authorized contractor house accounts.

• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse service to any customer.

3. Delivery and Job Site Safety

• Curbside & Rural Delivery: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliveries are "curbside." Our drivers are instructed not to leave paved surfaces or maintained, stable dirt roads. Final delivery location is at the sole discretion of the driver. If the driver deems a dirt road or job site inaccessible due to mud, steep grades, narrow clearance, or soft shoulders, the delivery will be made at the nearest safe point.

• Property Damage Waiver: A2Z Home Center is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, underground utilities, or landscaping if a customer requests delivery beyond the curb.

• Safety: Customers must ensure a clear, safe path for offloading. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the site is deemed unsafe by our personnel.

4. Returns and Cancellations

• Standard Items: Unused hardware and stock materials in original condition may be returned within 30 days with a valid receipt.

• Restocking Fees: Returns on large lumber orders or bulk masonry products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-cut lumber or timber.

  • Specially mixed paint or stain.

  • "Special Order" items not normally kept in stock.

  • Opened power tools or gas-powered equipment.

5. Professional Advice Disclaimer

Any project advice, material estimates, or "how-to" guidance provided on this website or by our staff is for informational purposes only.

• Code Compliance: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all materials and methods meet local building codes and safety regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

A2Z Home Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products sold, including but not limited to loss of profits, injury during DIY installation, or project delays due to delivery timelines.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Yavapai County.
